1. Program Description

Renovo Smile Center (Renovo Prosthodontics) operates an SMS text-messaging program to communicate with patients and prospective patients about dental implant consultations and care. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms.

• Appointment & care messages (transactional): scheduling, confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups related to your consultation and treatment.
• Offers & updates (optional, separate opt-in): occasional promotions, events, and oral-health information.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us, for example, your scheduling activity and appointment reminders.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier's plan. Renovo Smile Center does not charge a fee for the messages themselves.

5. How to Opt In

You may opt in by: (a) providing your mobile number and checking the consent box on one of our forms, (b) texting us, or (c) giving verbal or written consent when you schedule. Consent to receive marketing texts is never a condition of receiving treatment or any service.

6. How to Get Help or Opt Out

• Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts unless you opt in again.

7. Supported Carriers & Delivery

The program is available on major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy

Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do NOT sell or share your mobile opt-in information or your SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.

9. Eligibility

You must be the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number provided and at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
